WHAT IS YOUR SKIN CRAVING FOR?
Most of the time, the question I usually receive is "What is your skincare routine?". Obviously, I don’t know what to answer to this because I have my own skin care for my own skin problem, which may not be yours. So the right question should be “How can I improve my skin complexion?” and there you are! Let me tell you my tricks...
First, you have to know that to get a beautiful skin outside, you should begin by taking care of the inside. The most important to improve your skin complexion is to improve your FOOD, your eating habits! Seems crazy but, trust me, you definitely won't need to spend a penny on skincare if you eat well. That means you have to avoid oily food, spicy meals, junk food, chocolate, soda, eat more vegetables and drink lot of water! The nutrients from the vegetables and the water you will drink is what your skin needs. Cleaning your body from the inside will be automatically seen on the outside! Once you start eating well, you skin will be healthy looking!

Now let's talk about the cosmetic products. For that, you have to know what your skin needs. What is your skin problem? For instance, if your skin is dry, you should hydrate it more, provide it more water. If your skin is oily, you need to decrease the production of sebum from it, avoid oily cream and privilege mattifying products. Once you know what your skin needs, then start researching about the products available on the market.
You can see people spending a lot on skincare but you may not need all of that at all. The most important is : - To have a good moisturizing day cream. It is a MUST HAVE. Your skin has to be hydrated every day whatever skin type you have! But adapt it according to it (mattifying, hydrating…). Creams with retinol or hyaluronic acid are the best in cosmetic market for hydration. - To wash your face every morning and every night with a face cleaning product (and not a basic soap). If you have dry skin, prefer gel cleanser. If you have oily skin, prefer foam cleaning product. - To scrub your face and do a mask once a week for dry skin or twice a week for oily skin. Scrubbing will help you to remove dead cells on the skin, and the mask will help you to improve your skin glow. - To apply cream before bed. It can be your day cream, but you need to keep your skin moisturized.
Some extra tips you can use if you want to treat your skin even further: - Definitely use an eye cream after a certain age. The skin around your eyes is very thin, it may show your tiredness and the wrinkles. I used to put a very oily eye cream to keep my eyes moisturized night time and a normal one for day time. - Use a serum day and night before applying anything on your skin. Serums prepare your face to receive and absorb any skincare. It is also an extra layer of hydration for your face. - You can also use a tonic after washing your skin, it will help you to clean it even more. - If you wear makeup, and even if you don’t, use a make-up remover every night and DON’T sleep with makeup on your face! I use an oily make-up remover for eyes, and a micellar water for the face.

As far as I am concerned, here is my skincare routine: I have been using Farmasi products for the past 3 years which improved my skin a lot.
